Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our real‑estate portfolio, build strategic partnerships and generate qualified property leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real‑estate market.
• Generate qualified property leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, corporate organisations and government agencies.
• Develop and execute sales and business‑development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value property transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or real‑estate marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and close high‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Professional, integrity‑driven and customer‑service oriented.
