PET Injection Moulding Operator

About the role

The PET Injection Moulding Operator will run and monitor PET injection moulding machines that produce preforms for bottled water. Working on the factory floor, you will ensure steady production while adhering to quality, safety and clean‑room standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate PET injection moulding equipment according to production orders.
• Load raw material pellets, monitor cycle times and perform basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Conduct visual inspections and dimensional measurements of preforms, recording results in production logs.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve any defects or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including clean‑room requirements.

Required profile

• Experience (minimum 1 month) operating PET injection moulding or similar plastic‑moulding machinery.
• Familiarity with quality‑control procedures such as visual inspection and measurement documentation.
• Ability to work in clean‑room or controlled environments and follow strict hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work shifts, stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, production or industrial fields is an advantage.
