Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

Mahshell Soft Ltd is recruiting a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to improve the reliability and performance of its software. The role works closely with development and product teams to find defects, verify fixes and make sure deliverables meet functional and user-experience standards. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Run functional and regression tests on web and mobile platforms
• Create, update and maintain test cases and detailed testing checklists
• Find, reproduce and record software bugs, then monitor issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them on time
• Validate patches and updates from engineering teams
• Carry out exploratory testing to find unexpected problems
• Help with API testing and check server-side responses
• Check performance and compatibility across browsers and devices, and take part in usability and compatibility checks
• Take part in product reviews and final release validation
• Document QA work, write test reports and flag critical defects and release risks
• Help verify system stability after launch and support continuous quality improvement with technical and product teams
