About the role
The DevOps Engineer accelerates software delivery while keeping systems reliable, secure and scalable. The role covers the full software lifecycle, from code integration through deployment and monitoring, using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tools. It suits a proactive, detail-oriented person who enjoys automation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, application health and server logs to spot and fix issues early.
- Automate environment provisioning, configuration management and routine tasks with scripts and orchestration tools.
- Work with development and QA teams to deliver zero-downtime releases across staging and production.
- Enforce security best practices, including access control, network security policies and regular backups.
