About the role
The QA/QC Engineer will support Proxima Integrated Services Limited in preparing and reviewing quality sections of technical bids for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review QA/QC sections of technical bids, including quality plans, ITPs, and method statements.
- Respond to EOI/ITT/RFI/RFP/RFQ and ensure tender submissions meet client deadlines and standards such as ISO 9001.
- Compile and verify technical documentation, certificates and compliance evidence.
- Manage multiple bid deadlines with minimal supervision and liaise with technical, commercial and HSE teams.
Required profile
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in oil and gas, with proven involvement in tender preparation.
- Knowledge of IOC tendering processes (NipeX/NJQS advantageous).
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- PDF editing and document control systems.
