Python + Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Python and full‑stack developer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications and AI‑related workflows. The role combines backend development, frontend engineering and AI model evaluation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, reliable, and scalable software using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and maintain web applications with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Design modular software architectures and contribute to AI model training pipelines.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses against technical and quality criteria.
• Prepare and review high‑quality datasets for supervised fine‑tuning.
• Identify technical issues and recommend improvements to software and AI workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+.
• Node.js or Nest.js.
• One modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Docker for containerisation.
