Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Abuja, guiding prospective clients through the company’s residential and commercial developments. You will manage the client journey from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through property options, conduct site visits and present detailed development information.
• Manage client inquiries, maintain relationships and support sales activities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Conduct regular market research and provide updates on local property trends.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge to advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Proven sales ability to convert leads, negotiate terms and close transactions.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market and emerging urban development trends.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field preferred, plus prior experience in property consulting or sales.
