About the role
The Head of Development Management is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abuja, Nigeria. This senior role leads the planning, execution and governance of the company’s development portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage portfolio and project plans, milestones, governance cadence and issue escalation.
- Coordinate project managers, functional inputs and support site‑team mobilisation.
- Oversee reporting discipline and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in real‑estate development, construction management, architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying or urban planning.
- Strong exposure to Abuja/FCT development approval processes and project‑delivery literacy.
- Commercial and cost‑management expertise, construction leadership experience; certifications such as PMP, NIA, COREN, NIQS/RICS are a plus.
