About the role
The Property Sales Officer will act as the liaison between Handyman Daige and prospective buyers, managing the end‑to‑end sales process for residential and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and clients, present real‑estate deals and coordinate property viewings.
- Oversee preparation, approval and signing of purchase agreements, lease contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate closing of deals, ensuring payment receipt and compliance with housing laws.
- Provide periodic sales reports to managers using CRM systems and conduct market surveys to benchmark pricing.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years proven experience in real‑estate marketing and sales.
- B.Sc. degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
