Estate Surveyor and Valuer (Valuation and Agency)

About the role

The Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer will work closely with the Principal Partner to drive organisational processes, operations management and revenue growth. This senior team member will own the execution of the revenue growth strategy and mentor junior surveyors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality consultancy services in valuation, transaction advisory, property management and advisory.
• Lead, mentor and advise developing surveyors and new staff.
• Manage property and asset valuation, brokerage, transaction advisory, property management and portfolio analysis.
• Oversee project management, technical due diligence and property documentation such as certificates of occupancy and development approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND with MNIVS, or willingness to sit professional examinations.
• Minimum 5 years experience with reputable estate surveying and valuation firms, capable of working unsupervised.
• Strong network and industry contacts to meet ambitious sales targets.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior‑level executives and understand corporate decision‑making processes.

Required skills

• Experience using B2B and B2C marketing tools for effective sales.
• Knowledge of property valuation, transaction advisory and portfolio analysis.
