Project Procurement Officer

About the role

The Project Procurement Officer will manage procurement activities for real‑estate development and construction projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, works and services are sourced and delivered according to specifications, budgets, quality standards and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Review designs, bills of quantities, specifications and budgets to identify procurement needs and prepare procurement plans and order schedules.
• Independently manage the full procurement cycle – from requisition, sourcing, tendering, evaluation and award to delivery and close‑out.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and tender documents, coordinate site visits and technical discussions with bidders.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms and warranties, and ensure accurate purchase orders or contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery or quality issues and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Coordinate deliveries with site and logistics teams and track procurement commitments against project budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related field.
• 5‑6 years of procurement experience in real‑estate development or construction, with proven ability to manage procurements independently.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
