Bid & Tender Manager (Procurement Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially astute, and results‑driven Bid & Tender Manager with strong procurement experience to join our growing engineering team in Ajah, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and track tender opportunities across engineering, construction, oil & gas, power, infrastructure and related sectors.
• Lead the preparation, coordination, review and submission of bids, tenders, RFPs and RFQs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement activities for engineering projects.
• Prepare bid pricing schedules, cost estimates and commercial submissions in collaboration with technical and finance teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, procurement departments, project consultants and key industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in bid management, tender administration, procurement or commercial operations within an engineering or construction environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, analyse tender documents and conduct bid/no‑bid assessments.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
