Project Manager

About the role

Timart Business Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives across mobile, web, desktop and backend workstreams. You will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Define specifications, milestones and sprint plans and run sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Maintain roadmap, backlog and delivery board, track weekly progress and manage dependencies across engineering, design, QA, marketing and support.
• Coordinate release readiness, operational rollouts, merchant onboarding and third‑party integrations.
• Run a live risk register, drive mitigation and keep documentation current for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing software delivery in a fast‑moving product or startup environment.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum practices, comfortable running sprints end‑to‑end.
• Excellent written and spoken English, calm under pressure and able to create clear specs and status updates.
