Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of school buildings in Abeokuta, Nigeria. You will work on‑site, translating our mission of safe, quality education spaces into concrete architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and construction documents for educational facilities.
• Develop and manage BIM models to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental, safety, and building regulations.
• Engage with community leaders, donors, and partners to align designs with local needs.
• Oversee submittal processes and documentation throughout construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong experience in architectural design for institutional projects.
• Commitment to improving education infrastructure in underserved African communities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
