About the role

The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and supervising interior construction projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and budgets
Manage project costs and monitor expenses
Plan and coordinate interior projects from commencement to completion
Supervise contractors, artisans, suppliers and site activities
Conduct site measurements and assessments
Monitor project timelines, quality and specifications

Required profile

3 years of experience
Degree in a related field
