Professional Services Engineer – Remote

About the role

You will build working customer solutions on the Quark platform, handling vague requirements, messy APIs, authentication flows, migration scripts, and end‑to‑end workflow automation. The role is technical, customer‑facing, and outcome‑based, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliable Quark customer implementations that connect systems, content workflows, and users to measurable customer value.
• Translate customer requirements into technical implementation plans, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on software engineering, systems integration, implementation, or technical consulting experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for customer discovery, requirements clarification, and technical handover.

Required skills

• REST API and webhook integration development.
• Authentication concepts such as SSO or SAML.
• XML and XSLT (or equivalent structured‑data transformation technology).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for migration, automation, or workflow implementation.
• Practical use of AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
