About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Professional Chef to join our kitchen team in Marina, Abuja. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping and portioning ingredients.
- Wash and maintain dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, floors and storage areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety guidelines.
- Receive, inspect and store food deliveries correctly.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
- Previous kitchen, restaurant, hotel or catering experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
