Product Marketer

About the role

Brit Properties is seeking a dynamic Product Marketer to drive the promotion and sales of its land offerings. The role focuses on creating and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for land products.
• Create promotional materials and digital content to attract potential buyers.
• Identify and nurture relationships with real‑estate agents, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate marketing partnerships and sponsorships.
• Track campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.

Required profile

• Academic qualification: B.Sc, HND or OND.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
• Strong networking, marketing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, confident and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Residence in the Lekki or Ajah area.
