Social Media Marketer

About the role

The Social Media Marketer will drive Bridge Numerics’ online presence in the real‑estate market. You will create and execute strategies that raise brand awareness, engage audiences and generate qualified property leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, selecting platforms and content formats for target audiences.
• Create, curate and publish engaging posts, Reels, videos, graphics and Stories across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Manage social media pages, schedule content, monitor interactions and route sales enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Design and optimise paid social campaigns to generate qualified property leads and track their performance.
• Maintain a structured content calendar that balances promotional, educational and community‑focused posts.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a professional online community.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to keep the brand’s approach current.
• Analyse reach, engagement, traffic and conversion metrics and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field.
• Creative, proactive and detail‑oriented with a strong visual and written sense.
• Results‑driven, able to meet deadlines and experiment with new content ideas.
