Procurement Excellence Manager

About the role

The Procurement Excellence Manager will lead both local and foreign procurement activities, ensuring a seamless flow of raw materials and spare parts for the FMCG business. This senior role requires strategic relationship building with suppliers and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement from negotiation to delivery for local and international suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain a robust database of vendors, contractors and preferred suppliers.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement of procurement processes in line with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and update them as required.
• Promote best practices in contract management and champion the Contract Management System.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs and prevent supply disruptions.
• Monitor tender processes, evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts and enforce company regulations.

Required profile

• First degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Professional procurement certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in procurement, supply chain and contract management within the FMCG sector.
