Processing & Compliance Officer

About the role

Kelpat Consulting Limited is hiring a Processing & Compliance Officer in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role handles customer job orders, checks compliance requirements for CAC registrations and other corporate services, and keeps accurate records of pending, ongoing and completed jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and manage customer job orders.
• Review customer documents and check completeness and accuracy.
• Check compliance requirements for CAC registrations and other corporate services.
• Identify missing information and contact customers to obtain the needed details.
• Confirm customer payments and keep accurate payment records.
• Forward complete job orders to the Operations Department and monitor their progress, following up on pending registrations.
• Ensure completed jobs are checked and delivered to customers.
• Maintain records of pending, ongoing and completed jobs.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on job processing activities.
• Handle customer information and company records confidentially.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, documentation or corporate registration is an advantage.
• Honesty, accountability and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and email.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to multitask, organise work and meet deadlines.
