Principal, People Transformation & Change

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a senior leader to design and execute its People Transformation strategy. As the Principal of People Transformation & Change, you will integrate recruitment, operations, business partnering and development into a unified, data‑driven engine that supports over 3,000 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end People Transformation roadmap and ensure quarterly milestones are met.
• Facilitate workshops to map current processes, identify bottlenecks and design future‑state workflows focused on automation and data integrity.
• Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners and Operations leads to keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
• Create communications, training materials and nudges that drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Implement governance frameworks that eliminate data silos and ensure system interoperability.
• Define success metrics, track KPIs and report progress to the Chief People Officer.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in management consulting, people operations or business transformation, preferably in high‑growth fintech or global tech environments.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale HR transformations across multiple regions (ideally Nigeria and the UK).
• Strong ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• Demonstrated aptitude for breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, value‑focused narratives.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology (certification preferred).
• Lean process improvement techniques.
• Process redesign and governance expertise.
