Principal Cofounder (Equity-Based, Part-Time Hybrid)

About the role

FudKing Nig. Ltd is a farm-to-home food delivery company that brings fresh produce from local farms to customers' doors. It is looking for a Principal Cofounder to shape its strategic direction and operational framework. This is a non-salary, equity-based role (you own part of the company) and is part-time and hybrid, based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and nurture partnerships with farms and distribution partners
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives and guide brand and product positioning
• Collaborate on market research, pricing strategies and service optimization
• Help build internal processes and a strong organizational culture
• Coordinate regularly with team members, investors and stakeholders to support sustainable growth and a consistent customer experience

Required profile

• Proven sales skills to acquire new customers, maintain key accounts and grow revenue
• Marketing experience developing brand awareness, digital campaigns and customer retention strategies
• Research skills to assess market trends, competitors and customer preferences in food delivery
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset; prior experience in startups, food delivery, logistics or agriculture-related businesses preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is valued
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a hybrid setting
