About the role
The company is looking for a POS Sales Officer based in Bori, Rivers State, and Ohafia, Abia State. The role is responsible for acquiring and managing POS merchants, increasing transaction volumes and expanding the company's POS network.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new POS merchants.
- Deploy, activate and monitor POS terminals.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Drive transaction volume and revenue growth.
- Resolve merchant and POS-related issues.
- Monitor inactive terminals and implement reactivation strategies.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and transaction targets.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in POS, fintech, banking, sales or business development.
- Target-driven with good customer relationship skills.
