About the role
Join Kenex Konsults International as a Pool Personnel/Lifeguard to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for guests in Port Harcourt and the Marina area. You will be responsible for vigilant supervision, emergency response, and maintaining pool cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities, enforce rules, and prevent unsafe behaviour.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, providing water rescue, first aid, and CPR as trained.
- Maintain and inspect safety equipment, life rings, first‑aid kits, and pool facilities.
- Report water‑quality issues, hazards, and equipment faults to supervisors.
- Support routine pool maintenance, clean poolside areas, and store equipment properly.
- Assist guests with inquiries, ensure children and vulnerable swimmers are supervised, and record incidents.
- Participate in safety drills, emergency training, and routine inspections.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of an OND in a related field.
