Plant Manager – Edible Oil Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Edible Oil manufacturing operations for Olam Agri. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe and high‑quality production while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, production planning and processing activities.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory, procurement and optimal utilisation of resources.
• Monitor production performance, analyse data and implement process improvements.
• Lead, develop and motivate plant teams, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing or processing operations.
• Proven track record of managing plant operations, production planning, inventory and procurement.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
