Petrol Station Supervisor – Enugu

About the role

The Petrol Station Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a busy fuel retail outlet in Enugu, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service. You will manage a team of attendants, cashiers, and security staff while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and coach station staff, handling performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee safety protocols, health‑environment compliance, and station maintenance.
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as pump meter readings, dipping tank records, and logbook entries.
• Operate POS and inventory systems to ensure accurate sales reporting, stock reconciliation and shortage analysis.
• Monitor sales targets, competitor pricing and market demand, and propose initiatives to increase fuel and non‑fuel revenue.
• Address customer complaints and employee disputes fairly and consistently.
• Conduct regular audits of pump accuracy and customer service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising retail or fuel station operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and local regulatory guidelines (e.g., NMDPRA).
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement improvement actions.
