Personal / Executive Driver for High‑Profile Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional and trustworthy Personal/Executive Driver to provide safe, discreet, and efficient transportation for a high‑profile executive with diverse business interests in Nigeria. The role also involves supporting vehicle logistics, running confidential errands, and representing the executive in a polished, corporate manner.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for the executive, family members, and approved guests.
• Plan routes considering traffic, security, and time‑sensitivity while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, and movement of imported vehicles from ports to dealership locations.
• Liaise with mechanics, detailers, and vendors to ensure vehicle preparation and compliance.
• Run confidential errands such as banking, document delivery, and procurement.
• Assist with airport pickups/drop‑offs, guest logistics, and protocol arrangements.
• Maintain executive vehicles in pristine condition, conduct daily inspections, and keep detailed logs of mileage and maintenance.
• Present a polished corporate appearance and dress appropriately for meetings and high‑level functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably for high‑profile individuals.
• Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional urgent assignments.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
