Dispatch Rider – Delivery Officer (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Dispatch Rider (Delivery Officer) is responsible for picking up and delivering parcels safely and on time across Lagos State. You will represent the company at every delivery point, ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction while navigating the city’s busy traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages to assigned locations, verifying items before dispatch.
• Maintain a professional image when interacting with customers and vendors.
• Obtain proof of delivery through signatures, photos, or digital acknowledgment.
• Plan and adjust routes using GPS and real‑time traffic information.
• Perform routine checks on the assigned motorcycle and report any maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate delivery logs and submit daily reports to the Operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum ND or SSC education.
• Valid Rider’s Permit and Driver’s License.
• 2–4 years of experience as a dispatch rider, courier, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.
• Excellent time‑management, punctuality, and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS navigation tools.
