Personal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support an executive who is also a creator and influencer in the entertainment sector. The role blends traditional executive assistance with content coordination, helping to grow a personal brand while ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and daily priorities.
• Conduct research, prepare briefs, reports and presentations.
• Support content planning, campaigns, brand initiatives and creative projects.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers and other creatives.
• Contribute ideas for content and personal‑brand growth.
• Track projects, deadlines, collaborations, events and opportunities.
• Monitor social‑media channels and industry trends relevant to the brand.
• Handle confidential information and communicate professionally on behalf of the executive.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Brand/Content Coordinator or similar.
• Experience supporting a personal brand, creator, influencer, media personality, coach, entrepreneur or creative professional is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, research and time‑management abilities.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
