Client Service Officer

About the role

A private security company is recruiting a Client Service Officer to join its team in Isolo, Lagos. The officer supports client-related activities, maintains positive relationships with clients, responds to enquiries and ensures effective communication between clients and the company. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to clients and respond to their enquiries professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client requests and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate relevant information to clients clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution where required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relevant information.
• Support the company in delivering quality client service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND from a recognised institution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
