Personal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of That Local Kitchen Cuisine in Lagos. The role combines administrative duties, staff coordination, and occasional personal tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, calendar appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with restaurant administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, order follow‑ups and staff coordination.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and act as a liaison between management, staff and external contacts.
• Monitor and respond promptly to emails, phone calls and messages.
• Support the organization of events, promotions and business meetings.
• Perform errands, procure supplies and occasional personal tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, files and documentation as directed.
• Provide hands‑on assistance for marketing and social media coordination when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further administrative or business education is a plus.
• At least 12 months of experience as a personal assistant, office administrator or executive support staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, respectful and customer‑service oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Genuine interest in the food and hospitality industry.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
