Performance Management Specialist

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is hiring a Performance Management Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria, reporting to the Head, Talent Management. The specialist coordinates and strengthens the organisation's performance management framework so that individual, departmental and organisational goals stay aligned, and supports performance culture, KPI governance and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate organisation-wide performance management cycles and activities.
• Monitor KPI setting, reviews and appraisal compliance.
• Guide employees and managers on performance management processes.
• Analyse performance data and share insights with management.
• Help develop and review performance management policies and frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in the performance management process.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on appraisal and performance outcomes.
• Work with HR teams on employee development and performance improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• Relevant HR or performance management certifications are an advantage.
• At least 4-7 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics or talent management.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret data and give actionable insights.
• Stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
