HR & Recruitment Software Trainer

About the role

KadMap Systems Limited is looking for a contract HR and recruitment software trainer in Abuja. The trainer teaches clients how to use the assigned HR and recruitment software for employee administration, recruitment and related workforce activities. The engagement is a 12-month contract, and coding, software development and technical integration are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Train clients on how to use the assigned HR and recruitment software.
• Demonstrate features for employee records, leave management, attendance, recruitment, candidate tracking, onboarding and HR reporting, where supported.
• Explain how users carry out routine HR and recruitment activities with the applications.
• Guide participants through common tasks using practical examples.
• Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.
• Answer questions about features and everyday use of the applications.
• Adapt training to clients' HR processes and the needs of different user groups.
• Assess participants' understanding and identify areas needing further instruction.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience using at least three of the listed HR or recruitment software.
• Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment or workforce management processes.
• Ability to demonstrate software features and explain workflows clearly.
• Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
• Ability to prepare practical training materials.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll administration, time and attendance or personnel management is desirable.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OrangeHRM (open-source edition), IceHrm, Sentrifugo, TimeTrex Community Edition, Horilla, OpenCATS and Laravel/Filament-based HRM applications, or other comparable standalone open-source HR and recruitment applications.
• Ability to identify the software you know and describe the functions you can teach.
