People Business Partner

About the role

The People Business Partner (PBP) is a strategic HR advisor who works closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with company goals. You will drive workforce planning, performance enablement, and leadership effectiveness while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable people plans that improve capability, performance and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the right structure, roles and talent for current and future needs.
• Coach and influence managers on talent strategy, performance management and employee engagement.
• Provide trusted advice on employee‑relations matters in collaboration with the Employee Relations COE.
• Work with Talent Management and Total Rewards to roll out talent programs, learning initiatives and reward structures.
• Analyze people data to spot trends, risks and opportunities and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Champion change‑management and communication strategies that support transformation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour laws while promoting a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role.
• Experience in fast‑paced, matrixed or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, organizational design and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics for decision‑making.
• Preferred: background supporting technical or commercial units in fintech, banking or technology; demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex change initiatives.
