About the role
The fast‑growing BPNL fintech platform is looking for a results‑driven Partnership Lead to expand its presence across tertiary institutions in Kwara State. You will leverage your network in universities, government, and the startup ecosystem to generate client acquisition, drive sales conversions, and increase platform adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with universities, student bodies and key stakeholders.
- Lead client acquisition, onboarding and sales conversion initiatives in target markets.
- Translate partnership opportunities into measurable revenue and user growth.
- Represent the company at campus activations, conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to boost awareness, engagement and retention.
- Monitor partnership performance and deliver strategic reports with recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or stakeholder engagement.
- Established network within the Nigerian startup ecosystem, universities and policy circles.
- Proven track record in sales conversion, client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
- Experience in fintech, edtech or youth‑focused initiatives is highly desirable.
