About the role
The Relationship Manager will lead FairMoney’s offline merchant acquiring business across multiple sectors such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and betting outlets. This role focuses on expanding the merchant network, increasing transaction volume, and driving revenue growth for the mobile banking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow merchant partners in designated sectors.
- Lead and motivate a regional merchant acquisition team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of transaction value, volume, and revenue goals.
- Provide market trend analysis and competitor feedback to senior management.
- Maintain regular contact with active and inactive merchants, coordinating POS deployment and retrieval as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in merchant acquisition or related sales roles.
- Proven track record of managing high‑performance sales teams.
- Result‑oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
