Outlet Manager – Retail Food Operations

About the role

So Fresh, a fast‑growing healthy food company in Nigeria, is looking for an Outlet Manager to lead its Ibadan location. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring food quality, safety and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations and ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain food safety, quality, hygiene and health‑safety standards.
• Control product quality, operating costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate shift tasks, bulk orders and special events.
• Communicate effectively with Head Office and cascade information to the team.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in retail or food industry.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food or retail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Residence close to Oluyole, Ibadan.
