About the role
Standville Nig Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its Bakery, Eatery, Supermarket and Food Hub units in Lagos. The role combines supervisory duties with business development to drive profitability and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across all business segments and generate performance reports.
- Ensure staff compliance with dress code, punctuality, behavior and other office manual rules.
- Develop and implement growth initiatives aligned with profitability targets.
- Maintain daily inventory records, reconcile system balances, and manage procurement requisitions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and management on outlet operations.
- Monitor utilities, coordinate cross‑selling transfers, and keep comprehensive staff files.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
