About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction and compliance with standards. Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads multiple departments to deliver high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Laundry, Recreation and other departments.
- Coordinate departmental activities, monitor performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, restaurants, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimise service disruptions.
- Ensure readiness for conferences, events, VIP arrivals and special functions.
- Monitor guest feedback, complaints and online reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
