Operations Manager – Hospitality & Facility Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our hospitality and facility services in Abuja. The role will drive operational excellence, support revenue growth, and ensure high standards of service delivery across all units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and market expansion.
• Oversee daily operations across all service units, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with SOPs and HSE standards.
• Support sales and client acquisition initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Manage customer experience, maintain high service standards, and implement effective feedback systems.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to optimise costs and profitability.
• Improve processes and workflows, including adoption of technology and automation where needed.
• Ensure compliance and manage operational risks, safeguarding assets and meeting regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence.
• Report on operational performance and strategic progress to the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in a management or operations role.
• Preferably experience in hospitality, cleaning, or facility maintenance sectors.
• Strong background in operations management, financial oversight, and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage large teams.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, decision‑making, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
