Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Hotel Operations

About the role

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager will lead all F&B outlets of a luxury hotel in Aba, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, the role works closely with the Executive Chef and other hotel departments to deliver seamless dining services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all restaurant, bar, lounge, room‑service, banquet and catering operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards and luxury hospitality requirements.
• Monitor daily outlet performance, manage opening and closing procedures, and control inventory and costs.
• Engage with guests, handle feedback, resolve complaints and drive loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to support hotel objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets in a luxury hotel or comparable environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate supervisors and staff.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and control operating costs.
• Effective communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
