About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to oversee daily operational activities across various functions such as shopping, sorting, inventory, dispatch, and logistics. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations across shopping, sorting, inventory, dispatch, and logistics.
Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
Monitor daily operational activities and resolve issues that may affect service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
