Operations Coordinator

About the role

Stone Depot by Impacto is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to act as the engine room of daily activities. You will ensure that people, vehicles, tools, materials, and deliveries are synchronized across all projects and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy installers, technicians, drivers, and support staff each day according to project priorities.
• Schedule company vehicles, drivers, and routes while tracking servicing, fuel usage, and roadworthiness.
• Manage movement and maintenance of tools and equipment, keeping an up‑to‑date register.
• Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers and internal transfers between warehouse, factory, showroom, and sites.
• Guarantee that each project has the required manpower and equipment before work begins.
• Serve as the communication hub between Operations, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Teams.
• Provide daily operational updates to management and proactively flag scheduling risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or facility management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Cool under pressure with sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
