Odoo Software Trainer

About the role

KadMap Systems Limited is looking for an Odoo software trainer for a 12-month contract in Abuja. The trainer teaches clients how to use the assigned Odoo software and related Odoo-based tools, explaining features and business workflows through practical demonstrations and training sessions. Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Train clients and their employees on how to use the assigned Odoo software.
• Demonstrate features and show how to complete routine tasks.
• Teach users how Odoo supports sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and HR, depending on the modules assigned.
• Guide HR users through employee management and other HR workflows in Odoo HR and OpenHRMS.
• Prepare simple user guides, step-by-step instructions and practical exercises.
• Answer questions about everyday use of the software.
• Adapt sessions to the client's needs and the participants' experience level, and confirm understanding.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience using Odoo Community Edition.
• Good knowledge of the specific Odoo modules to be taught.
• Experience using Odoo HR Modules and OpenHRMS for assignments involving those software.
• Ability to demonstrate software features and explain business workflows clearly.
• Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills, and ability to prepare clear training materials.
• Relevant experience in business operations, administration, accounting, HR, sales or another Odoo-supported function is desirable.
