About the role

Inner Konsult Ltd is seeking a seasoned Non‑Executive Director to provide independent oversight and strategic guidance to its board. This part‑time board position will support the company’s growth in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Offer objective advice on strategic and operational matters.
• Review financial and operational performance to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
• Identify, assess and monitor key business risks and internal controls.
• Contribute to the development and review of strategic plans, policies and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, financial sustainability and overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of practical experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial reporting, internal controls and governance.
• Professional qualifications such as membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (preferred).
• Prior senior‑management experience in finance, audit, operations or hospitality management.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical and strategic‑thinking abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism and sound business judgement.
