About the role
Swift Consulting is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, configure, and maintain its LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN infrastructure. The role involves ensuring network performance, security, and supporting business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and overall network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve technical incidents promptly.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Perform network upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance while documenting configurations.
Required profile
- HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or administration.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies.
