AI Business Analyst (Telecommunications & Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst to drive AI‑enabled initiatives within a telecommunications environment. The role requires strong business analysis skills, a practical grasp of AI technologies, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation for AI and automation projects.
• Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, AI engineers, developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation across operations.
• Support solution design discussions, integration requirements and technical feasibility assessments.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management and business process modelling.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, conversational AI and intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and drive requirements to implementation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
