Mortgage Administrator

About the role

The Mortgage Administrator will support the Mortgage Adviser by managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion. This role involves regular interaction with clients, lenders and product providers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and process mortgage applications in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients, lenders and product providers to gather required information.
• Maintain accurate case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Provide regular follow‑ups and updates to stakeholders.
• Prioritise workload and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mortgage administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional, ethical and discreet demeanor.
