Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations across the Group, prepare consolidated financial statements, and support strategic financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across the Group and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management accounts for the Board.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and financial performance analysis.
• Maintain financial controls, coordinate audits and ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Prepare analytical reports for senior management and mentor junior staff.
• Support ERP improvements and drive process efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with ICAN/ACCA/ACA qualification.
• 5–8 years progressive experience in group, consulting, technology or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax requirements.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel for complex financial analysis.
